 How secure is my personal information?

AppleTree adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

 

How to purchase on www.apple-tree.com.my?

To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.

  2. You may continue shopping for other products or click “Checkout” to proceed.

  3. You may fill in your "coupon code", "gift voucher", or "estimate your shipping charges", otherwise you may proceed straight to "Checkout"

  4. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.

  5. Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.

  6. Select your shipping methods and click “next” button.

  7. Choose your payment method by clicking "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions", and click “Continue” button.

  8. Click “Confirm Order” to continue.

  9. Fill in your credit card details or banking details to complete the purchase process.

Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have this confirmation.

Can i wave the delivery fees?

Free delivery is offered from time to time basis. Keep an eye from our online store/ facebook page/ email for this special offer! Otherwise,delivery fees will be waive for purchase of RM250 and above in a single sale receipt within Peninsular Malaysia (except for Langkawi).


How to change account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.


I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

  2. Click Submit.

  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.


Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

Please send an email to our customers service email at [email protected] with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

Kindly note that orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.


​ How long does the delivery usually takes?

The delivery need to take 2 to 3 working days after te order proceed.


 How do i check the status of my order?
